MATERIALS

PA6

PA6.6

NYLON 6 – NYLON 6.6

– High mechanical resistance
– Great rigidity
– Excellent sub-zero tenacity
– Good fire resistance
– Good resistance to oils, greases and solvents
– Good capability to be dyed

Nylon absorbs 2.5% of his weight the reach the exact equilibrium point. The difference between “humidified” and “dry” Nylon is fundamental for the resistance tests that are made in balanced humidity conditions.

PA V0

FLAME RETARDANT NYLON

The Flame retardant Nylon Category V0 guarantees a high resistance to high temperatures and a flammability index in compliance with UL94 norm.
In fact when the sample is removed from the flame it should not burn and drop anymore, according to what stated from the norm.

POM

ACETAL

– High mechanical resistance
– Great rigidity
– Good elastic properties
– Excellent impact resistance
– Good resistance to oils, greases and solvents
– Low water absorption

PBT

POLYESTER

– Great materials rigidity and toughness
– Low trend to Creep
– High distortion temperature in the short term
– Good abrasion resistance
– Good insulation properties
– Minimum water absorption
– Good Chemical resistance
– Good impact resistance at low temperatures

PP

POLYPROPYLENE

– Excellent chemical resistance, inclusive to acids
– Balanced relation between tenacity, rigidity and toughness
– Low water absorption
